• Please note: Differential pricing is applied based on no. of guests,  seasonability, and mid-week/ weekend rates.  A three night minimum stay is required over the Easter and Christmas periods. CANCELLATION POLICY: All payments are non-refundable, however if cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to arrival your payment will be transferable to a future stay.
